The form asks first whether the inquiry concerns Energy Costs & Procurement or Solar. For Solar, it also distinguishes residential and commercial customers. It collects name, email, a short message, optional phone details, and only the service-specific information needed to understand the request.
Form information is transmitted through the email delivery provider Resend to info@enego.de. Resend processes the contact details and message content required to deliver the inquiry as a technical service provider. Processing is based on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in reliable business communication.
4. Recipients and transfers
Inquiry data must not be shared automatically with other companies. Any processors required for hosting or message delivery will be named once the implementation is confirmed.
